The Willton Investment Group, founded by the Luo Family, are predominately real estate developers with extensive experience in luxury condo and mixed-use development over the past 25 years. Willton is a well-capitalized investor with full discretion over its capital. Our Senior Management Team possesses extensive market knowledge and we focus on cultivating long-term relationships with our partners with complete transparency.

Identification of Market Potential

Identifying the best in class in a specific marketplace is the foundation of every Willton investment. We capture the demand of housing generated by emerging industries, change in demographics and evolution of apartment communities.

Markets and Submarket Selection

We follow our investment criteria to select opportunities in the top 50 MSAs based on the total population, supply/demand, vacancy, job growth and median household income. In addition, we invest in submarkets that possess various economic drivers for economic growth, an underlying employment base of highly educated workers, household income above the national average, high barriers to entry, and a land basis difficult to replicate.
