The project is located in the affluent Charlotte suburb of Matthews, which is ranked the number 5 best places to live in Charlotte Area. Matthews boasts excellent schools, family-friendly recreational attractions, shopping, dining, top quality healthcare and convenient transportation.
This opportunity represents Willton’s third deal in less than a year with a highly successful south-east based regional developer.
