- Markets: Major MSAs in FL, NC, TX, AZ, CO and Northeast and broader Sunbelt & Mid Atlantic . Only in areas with above MSA average income — no tertiary markets.
- Deal Size: 220-400 units for multifamily, 150-200 homes for BFR, total costs range from $40m-$150m per deal.
