In the fourth quarter of 2018, Willton joint-ventured with a New York based owner/developer to acquire a 217-unit, Class B value-add multi-family rental project in North Decatur, GA. The Sponsor has amassed several assets in the Atlanta metro and through its relationship with the brokerage community and seller, was able to acquire the asset at a discount to value. The partnership will renovate a majority of the units consistent with other Class A-/B+ properties in the submarket to increase rents and recognize an above average yield.
