The project is located in the growing East Austin submarket and is less than 2 miles from several major employers. The Domain, a high-density office, retail and residential center is 6 miles west and Austin’s CBD is 11 miles south. This opportunity represents one of two new deals Willton has closed in the same quarter with this highly successful national developer.
