In the fourth quarter of 2021, Willton joint-ventured with an existing development partner to develop a 330-unit, Class A multi-family rental project located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The property sits along the New Jersey Turnpike with access to Downtown Philadelphia in less than 30 minutes.
This unique investment provided Willton with an opportunity to invest in high barriers to entry suburban market at an attractive land and development basis, with one of New Jersey’s top multi-family developers. The project is expecting to be completed on spring 2023.
