In the fourth quarter of 2019, Willton joint-ventured with a nationally recognized developer/builder to acquire and develop a 260-unit, Class A multi-family rental project in Largo/Upper Marlboro, Prince George’s County, MD. The project is located within walking distance to Largo Town Center and the University of Maryland’s new hospital. The project also has nearby access to I-495 and Largo Town Center Metro Station, providing a 30-minute subway commute to Washington, D.C.’s core employment markets.
