Willton has committed to invest in a joint venture with a national developer to develop a Class-A rental apartment community (the “Project”) in Lakewood, CO. The project is located right next to the Lakewood-Wadsworth light rail station where the W-line offers a 20-minute commute to Union Station in Denver downtown. Lakewood has shown strong and consistent rent growth over the past decade (averaging 4.6%) and shows no sign of slowing down with 2019 projection of 3.4% rent growth among Class-A properties.
