About This Project
In the fourth quarter of 2017, Willton joint-ventured with a nationally recognized builder, who is backed by one of the largest public pension funds in the country, to development a 244-unit, Class A apartment community located in Philadelphia’s highly prestigious “Main line.”
The “Main Line” refers to the affluent western suburbs of Philadelphia home to numerous high-profile public and private high schools, universities and social clubs. As one of Philadelphia’s most prestigious residential enclaves, Chester County possesses the highest average income of any county in Pennsylvania and is in the top 10% of highest income counties in the country. The development provided Willton an opportunity to partner with a nationally recognized developer in a high barrier to entry submarket with exceptional demographics.
