The project with 70% equity funded by Willton has been successfully sold and closed on August 2021.This is a 244-unit, Class A apartment community located in Philadelphia’s highly prestigious “Main line”—called Malvern.
The Site is also located in the great Valley Corporate Center, which consists of five million square feet of office and R&D space spread throughout 80 buildings and serves 20,000 employees. This is a high-entry barrier market marked by ultra-high household income and home prices.
